Lazada Presents Newest Feature “See Now Buy Now” at Jakarta Fashion Week 2020

Lazada for very first time held fashion show “See Now Buy Now” at Jakarta Fashion Week 2020.

Lazada, one of well-known online shopping and marketplaces in Indonesia, for very first time held fashion show “See Now Buy Now” at Jakarta Fashion Week 2020 on Wednesday (10/23) presented some of best designers and brands in Indonesia such as Danjyo Hiyoji, Hattaco, Jenahara and Chiel Shoes.

This fashion show feel more special while fashion enthusiasts can enjoy live-streaming on Lazada (application) as well as creating a whole new experience both offline and online shopping, give you a great chance to do real-time shopping while enjoying the fashion show through your smartphone.

“See Now, Buy Now” fashion show became an important part of collaboration between Lazada and Jakarta Fashion Week, right after Lazada launched Style Space for curated fashion collections. This collaboration aims to bring best Indonesian designers get closer to fashion enthusiasts through O2O (Online to Offline) strategy with Lazada as one of best e-commerce incubates 20 best designers for Jakarta Fashion Week 2020 in Style Space.

Chief Marketing Officer of Lazada Indonesia, Monika Rudijono said “We want Lazada becomes more than an online marketplace, it can be used as a great platform by talented Indonesian designers to develop their brands, build communication with consumers, and make sure consumers get interest. With those simple ways, they (designers) also help increasing enthusiasms of fashion as well as encourage growth of their e-commerce business in this digital age.”

Brought 80s’ Retro Patterned, Chiel Shoes opened the show, it continued with street wear collections from Danjyo Hiyoji which using various materials and neutral colours including grey, brown, and black.

Followed by Hattaco which brought semi-formal daily wear with casual design dominated by black and white colours. All those collections of Hattaco are affordable and perfect for modern urbaners. Last but not least, Jenahara closed the fashion show with her famous layered and textured collections, exposed street-modest styles for active yet dynamic women.
