The biggest food and beverage bazaar in Indonesia, SIAL InterFOOD, is back. The event will be held on 22-25 November 2017 at JiExpo, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. SIAL InterFOOD will include 19 event from 15 sectors. From traditional food, bread, pastry, ice cream, meat, coffee, milk, to cooking equipment.
For coffee industry, people from Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI) will focus on downstream coffee industry. There will be competition, from coffee bean processing, processing recipe, to coffee presentation.
For the cooking contest, Indonesian Chef Association (ICA) will hold La Cuizine International which will be followed by hundreds of chef, both local and international. The contest will not only for professional chef. There is also a cooking contest for student including pastry contest, arrange traditional food contest, etc.
