Are you a blues music fan? Get ready! Because at the end of the year there will be an international music festival that will spoil blues music fans, it’s Jakarta Blues International Festival (JBIF). This event will be held on 7 to 8 December 2019 at Tennis Indoor Senayan in Central Jakarta. JBIF will feature blues bands with a touch of classic-rock, pop-jazz and soul-blues.
Some of the world's top musicians have confirmed their presence at Jakarta Blues International Festival 2019, they are Paul Gilbert, Ken Hensley, The Calling, Ron "Bumblefoot Thal, Miguel Balaguer (Spain), Shun Kikuta (Japan), and more to be announced. Not to forget, well-known and newer local bands are also ready to enliven this festival, including Gugun Blues Shelter, The Rollies, Adrian Adieoetomo, Blues Libre, Edwin Marshall Project, Vox, and many more.
In addition to presenting international-scale music concert, Jakarta Blues International Festival also prepares an F&B arena that contains culinary delights, coffee, to food trucks, as well as booths for Official Merchandise and special booths for LPs sale & collection.
Another interesting thing at this Festival is that some international musicians who come will also fill the Masterclass Blues Coaching. In the Crossroad Stage area, a more intimate thematic stage will be prepared so musicians can interact directly with their fans. While the two big stages with full big sound system will continue to play best music from the musicians who perform.
