As their best menu, you should try Unicorn Sandwich. It looks so colorful. This toast Sandwich not that sweet as you see. It’s really good, with perfect texture of the sandwich and the rainbow cheese. Dulce de leche is a thick, creamy caramel sauce traditionally made with milk and sugar. From Japan to Central Jakarta, Indonesia, Chateraise has finally opened in Senayan City. It is a well known pastry and cake shop originated from Japan and finally they have found their way to Indonesia.

Chateraise in Indonesia offers also around 50 items, cake, baked cake, gift, double choux cream, pastry, Japanese cake, and of course their legendary fresh cream short cake. The cake consists of soft fluffy sponge cake with fresh cream, strawberry jam and fresh strawberry. Each item complements each other perfectly resulting a well-balanced taste.
