1. They cannot accept results that have been held accountable
Ever worked with a manager/boss who was always right and you were always wrong? Bosses like this have trouble usually often blaming someone or won't want to admit that he made a mistake. This type of manager is more concerned with maintaining his reputation and is selfish. They will easily pass the blame on people just to save their position from uncertainty.
2. Narcissistic
Narcissists lack empathy, have a strong desire to break rules and challenge the status quo, tend to engage in manipulation to advance themselves at the expense of others, and are socially skilled with aggressive supporting motives. Does this sound like your boss?

3. They treat people like objects
People are seen as worker bees catering to the desires of the top-down hierarchy to drive profits and keep shareholders or those higher above them happy. Usually pays little attention to the happiness or well-being of employees or teams. As a consequence of this type, one's personal or family life is sacrificed in favor of work. As a result, you will face high levels of stress, turnover, absenteeism and burnout.
4. They only look after themselves
Their only concern is their individual performance and earning an annual bonus. Managers with this attitude play up the status of the workplace/company and only focus on their accomplishments, as well as their views in front of their superiors.

5. Morals
A cunning individual... This type of boss has no morals and tends to be cunning with their heart rooted in domination and achievement, as well as power. They hoard valuable information, pit teams against each other, and it's quite the cliché to form "in-group" friends while excluding others.
6. They hurt you with their words
