1. Relieves pain in the ear

Cut the red onion into two parts, take the middle part, and place it inside the ear. Leave it overnight and the inflammation in your ear will reduce.

Shallots contain anti-bacterial properties which can kill viruses. The phosphorus acid in shallots can enter the bloodstream through the surface of the feet, which is a link to the nervous system and internal organs. The antioxidant called quercetin contained in shallots is known to function to reduce inflammation. Quercetin has also been shown to be able to prevent cells from producing histamine which is excreted in response to allergies. In addition, quercetin is believed to help clear the respiratory tract.
