Ed Sheeran will finally perform for his fans in Indonesia on May 3, 2019, at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Central Jakarta. The concert will be part of the British singer-songwriter’s Divide World Tour 2019. Tickets have been on sale since December 5, 2018 in six categories, with prices starting at Rp 550,000 to Rp Rp 3.068.000.
For security reasons, the show would be a seated concert. Ed Sheeran would present around 16 to 18 songs over 90 minutes. But until now it is still unknown who’s the singer will open the concert. It could be either local or international performers. The promoter has prepared various facilities for the singer’s comfort, including local delicacies like rendang and nasi goreng.
Sheeran was previously scheduled to entertain his fans in Indonesia on November 9, 2017, but the singer of the Shape of You canceled the show after injuring his hand in a cycling accident in London.
