Celebrating International Orangutan Day on August 19, Mofomofa collaborated with The Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation hold an exciting event you should not miss. Located at Sarinah Thamrin, Sayang Orangutan Festival 2019 will be held on August 18 and brings you a lot of fun activities.
This is the first festival in Jakarta provides fun run, for individual and families, bazaar and music performance to get people’s attention for Orangutan. You can come and help endangered fauna in Indonesia specially Orangutan by buying tickets start from Rp150.000 (student price), Rp300.000 (individual) or family for Rp400.000 (parents and a child) to join 3K fun run. Those prices include medals and merchandise.
Profits from each tickets sold will be donated to The Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOS) to build sanctuary for Orangutan in Kalimantan. It also be used to release 100 Bornean Orangutan to their original habitat, planting trees, sanctuary for disabled Orangutan, vaccines also distributing educational books for underprivileged children and 150 libraries in schools around Jakarta.
