The largest information and communication technology exhibition in Indonesia, Indocomtech officially opened Wednesday (10/30/19) at Hall B Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) in Central Jakarta. The event will take place for five days, starting on October 30 to November 3, at JCC in Central Jakarta.
The event which has been held for the 27th time is a collaboration between Traya Eksibisi Internasional and APKOMINDO Indonesia Foundation (YAI). In the opening of Indocomtech, Irwin Day, the Secretary General of Indonesian Information Technology and the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Users (APJI) were also present.
Just like previous years, Indocomtech 2019 presents a variety of the latest technological trends. This event also presents 10 categories, ranging from accessories, audio cameras, gaming, laptops & PCs, TV, telco, smartphone, smarthome to wearable devices. Noted, around 250 well-known local and international technology companies participated in this exhibition, including HP Indonesia, Asus Indonesia, Acer, MSI, Intel, Dell, Epson, Erafone, IBox, V-Gen and Indodax as the largest digital asset buying and selling platform in Indonesia.
Chairperson of the APKOMINDO Indonesia Foundation (YAI), Hidayat Tjokrodjojo said Indocomtech is a proof of its commitment in supporting government programs. "The government has had serious attention in facing the current industrial revolution 4.0 which is so sophisticated. By presenting a variety of the latest technological trends displayed at Indocomtech, we hope to contribute to the success of the government-run program "Making Indonesia 4.0."
Targeting 200,000 visitors, Indocomtech 2019 is not only an exhibition for technology products, but also become educational facilities and technological development sharing which are currently leading to wider use. This time, Indocomtech also presents its first gaming tournament, OMEN Challenger Series 2019, which is held by HP Inc.

The public can also take part in cosplay and coswalk competitions, and watch the performances of Indonesian rappers, Weird Genius and Ramengvrl. Gamers can also buy a range of HP gaming products, OMEN 15 Laptops and Pavilion Gaming 15, and have the opportunity to get hands-on prizes for HP gaming accessories.
In addition, Indocomtech also hold an Esports Exhibition that allows visitors to experience in playing a number of well-known games such as Free Fire, Dota 2 and CS: GO. Interestingly, HP Indonesia for the first time will also introduce the world's first printer toner tank, HP Neverstop Laser, which can easily refill itself in just 15 seconds.
