A Bunch of Caffeine Dealers (ABCD) School of Coffee will join forces with HYPE Pantai Indah Kapuk to hold Jakarta Coffee Week (Jacoweek) 2018 on September 28 - 30, 2018 at Grand Ballroom PIK Avenue, Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta. ABCD and Hype hoped relations between roasters, baristas, coffee farmers and supporters of Jacoweek 2018 can produce good results for the advancement of Indonesian coffee.
Aside from opening around 120 coffee shop and other culinary booths, the event will be enlivened by coffee roasting competition followed by 29 Indonesian coffee roasters. At the competition, you can see what is the best way to process the coffee bean until become a good coffee to drink. There will be Pasar Kopi bring in the best coffee farmers from 15 provinces in Indonesia. They are all invited by SCOPI (Sustainable Coffee Platform Indonesia) for directly meeting and get interacted with their customers. So they can hold buy-and-sell process at the festival.
