To celebrate the 492nd Anniversary of Jakarta, the Jakarta administration hold Jakarta International Photo Festival (JIPFest) 2019. The event is the first international photo festival in Indonesia which began on June 25 and will end on July 9.
This "Identity" festival will be held in Taman Ismail Marzuki, Cikini, Central Jakarta, and 16 other public spaces in Jakarta. Jipfest 2019 displays 13 programs consisting of Exhibitions, Fringe, Workshops, Urban Photo Tour, VIP Dinner, Performances, Bazaar, Panel Discussions, Artist Talks, Public Lectures, Portfolio Review, Projection Nights, and Awards.
