Lovely smell of truffles from the smooth butter really stands out from the dish and gives out a more subtle garlicky taste to the brioche once spread over. A combination of bacon and maple can never go wrong. Plus the plating and shape of the scrambled egg is so pretty.
For the dessert you can choose Mascarpone Lychee Berry, the dessert will be a perfect ending for you. The combination between mascarpone mousse with lychee, strawberry, mixed berry coulis, meringue, smooth light cream with sweet and sour fruit plus delightful crunch texture from the granola, will make you enjoy it from the first until the last spoon.
