Top 4 Sport Bars in Jakarta

4 bars for watching sport events in Jakarta.
Indonesians are really crazy about sports, particularly football and moto racing. Most of all, they love to cheer together or "nonton bareng" as they call it. This is why you will find at least a TV with sports in almost every bar in Jakarta.

If you are interested in watching sports that are more popular among the expat crowd, it is probably best to visit a proper sports bar. These are top venues for watching sports in Jakarta:

1. Cazbar
Cazbar opened its doors in November 2005 and since then has been known for its warm and casual atmosphere. Upstairs of Cazbar, there is a area dedicated to sports watching, with mainly English Premier League + Rugby.  This sport bar in Jakarta offers a great selection of beers and delicious fares. Cazbar also features a pool table, a dart board, and free Wi-Fi.

3. Murphy’s Irish Pub & Resto
As its name Murphy’s Irish Pub & Restaurant was the first authentic Irish pub in Jakarta. Murphy’s have brought a taste of Ireland to Kemang. Murphy’s offer great food, beer atmosphere, music and of course some legendary Irish “Craic”. Murphy’s is also a great place to watch sporting events thanks to its big screen TV + 5 other large plasmas. But we should also add that the bar has a free to use pool table, darts board, free wifi and good Irish grub.
