The name of Wyl’s Kitchen is taken from the chef of this restaurant, Chef William.
This restaurant is also a breakfast spot for Veranda Hotel’s guests which features Indonesian dishes in modern package. For appetizer, you can have Squid Roll Char-Kway, which is a fried minced squid with spices served with sesame sauce. For the main course, try order Squid Ink Grilled Rice with Assorted Seafood Satay, which is a grilled rice wrapped in banana leaf and completed with three kinds of seafood satay. What makes this dish unique is the black rice because it is seasoned with squid ink.
For the dessert, you need to try Flourless Chocolate Cake. Wyl’s Kitchen also offers Western menu, such as pasta, pizza, burger, and steak.
