Exercise during the fasting month can indeed maintain body fitness. However, not a few make the mistake of exercising during the fasting month and it actually makes the body feel less comfortable. There are three common errors. What are those? Read more below!

1. Exercise After Iftar
Eating in large portions makes the body take a long time to digest it. You are not recommended to exercise or exercise 30-60 minutes after breaking the fast. Because it will definitely affect the body during exercises, such as pain or cramps. Give a span of 90 minutes or more to exercise after breaking the fast with a large portion.

2. Exercise Intensity
For people who are used to exercising, their bodies will feel less comfortable if they do not exercise. However, you need to know that the intensity of exercise in the fasting month cannot be the same as in other months. The body is not ready, because it is still adapting to the new-cycle. Do the exercise with light intensity or appropriate.

3. Skipping Sahur Time
Not a few people skip Sahur during the fasting month. They prefer to eat a lot at night and wake up after Fajr. When you want to exercise before breaking your fast, you will feel dizzy, and finally not strong because you have fasted for more than 13 hours. Suhoor is needed so that people who are fasting can be strong enough to withstand hunger and thirst until it is time to break the fast. Especially for those who are used to exercising.
