Kobe beef is actually wagyu meat that comes from cows raised and processed in the Kobe area, Japan through various special requirements. Kobe meat is produced from cows that are 28-60 months old and eats a special diet. They don't eat green grass, but dry grass, rice stalks, corn, soybeans, and various other nutritious foods. This is what makes these cows able to produce quality Kobe beef. Kobe meat is generally priced at around IDR 3-6 million per kilo.

3. Aberdeen Angus
As the name implies, this beef comes from the Aberdeen Angus breed of cattle originating from the highlands of Scotland. This cow is a large breed weighing up to 800-1,000 kg per head. Aberdeen Angus beef is considered to have a good level of marbling, making it very soft, and tender, and melts when eaten. This type of meat is very popular and served as steak in various luxury restaurants in Europe and America. The price of Aberdeen Angus meat is estimated at IDR 1 million per kilo.
 
4. Blonde d’Aquitaine
This type of beef comes from the marriage of 3 types of cattle breeds: Garonnaise, Quercy, and Pyrenees originating from France. Blonde d'Aquitaine beef is considered very tender and low in fat. Unlike cattle in general, the color of the Blonde d'Aquitaine cow is somewhat more striking with a bright cream color and is quite large in size. Adult cattle of this race can weigh up to 1.7 tons, you know. Steak restaurants that serve this meat usually store this meat with special techniques for dozens of years, to produce an extraordinary taste.
