People will have a higher chance of finding you if your content is relevant to them. So, who are you targeting, and what words/keywords do they use when they go online and start looking for a product or service? What are their interests? Where do they find the marketing? Is it online? Or, maybe through certain sites or social media like Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube? Or through search engines/search engines like Google? Then, how will interest consume content? Do they prefer listening to podcasts, watching videos, or reading blog posts?

The following are recommendations for project management applications so you can schedule and evaluate them. These apps can also help you stay organized and accountable in the process of handling your tasks: Trello, Asana, Todoist, Google Suite (Docs, Calendar, etc.), and Canva.

Fortunately, we live in the modern world as it is today. You can automate your social media with platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social and easily create content and schedule it right on the platform. Also, schedule monthly emails using some email software like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Hubspot.

Even though now it's all applications and very easy to set up, to do the above is not easy, you know! It must be remembered, that you must take the time and focus to do so. Because it is not an easy and express thing to be able to do it consistently. So you have to be independent and committed, and consistent with yourself.

Do you write on a blog? How to make your content more viral? Yes! You also have to make sure that your posting or advertising activity, is also in some other medium. Wouldn't it be more interesting if you could modify your content into infographics, record it as a podcast, or expand it by creating an e-book that could be useful and downloaded by users who need your information (can get an email list at the same time).

Maybe you have an old blog? You can rotate it if it's still relevant and useful, you know. This is how you use content in different forms and giving it more life, and saving you time!
