In Jakarta, you can now easily find a place that offers tapas. Tapas itself is not a name of the dish, but a culture of eating a variety of Spanish snacks. As a tapas bar, Nidcielo has prepared a series of tapas and comfortable food with a creative blend using Japanese special ingredients. Executive Chef of Nidcielo, Chef Shuji Hino has spent his time in Spain, and has a deep respect for Spanish culinary traditions.

The menu that you should try at this bar includes Croquetas de Gambas, a unique plate of shrimp cream croquette with dill oil that is perfect for starter. There is also Barramundi A La Kadaif which is Chef Hino's creation by combining Spanish and Japanese cuisine in one dish. For the main menu, you should try innovative Spanish rice dish, Catch of the Day Paella, as well as steak and pasta choices that are no less delicious.

Need sweets after eating tapas and heavy food? It's time to eat Crema Catalana. This crème brûlée-like dessert doesn't taste too sweet with soft cream and smokey flavor of roasted brown sugar on top. You’re going to like it!
