Jakarta often has vacant areas located under flyover. Unfortunately, often the area is used for activities that tend not good or even neglected. Overcoming this problem, the Central Jakarta administration juggled one of their flyovers into a good place that provided positive benefits. One of them is under Slipi flyover in Petamburan, Central Jakarta which is now transformed into a skatepark named FO Slipi Skatepark.

FO Slipi Skatepark has been built since the end of October 2018, and has been enjoyed since earlier this year, even though it has not yet been inaugurated. This is because there are still parts that need to be tidied up, as well as there is a plan for making a jogging track. Even so, there is a policy that allows skaters and BMX bikers to channel their hobbies on certain tracks.
Before being transformed into a skatepark, under Slipi flyover is often used by scavengers and street vendors for gathering.
