Continuing on the previous article, this time Alinear again giving delicious culinary recommendations for those who are always back and forth using Jakarta MRT. Here the list!
1. Waroeng Tiki Taka
This place which has been selling since 2012 is very close to Blok A MRT station. You only need to walk one minute from the station to Waroeng Tiki Taka, which is located on Jalan Fatmawati Raya.
The owner of Waroeng Tiki Taka is a fan of Barcelona football club, which is famous for its Tiki Taka style of play, which is why this food stall is named so. Although the name is inspired by a Spanish football club, it doesn't mean that Tiki Taka sells Spanish specialties, but rather super spicy chili sauce.
Here, you can pair the chili sauce with various side dishes, such as fried chicken (Rp 16 thousand), fried duck (Rp 24 thousand), or milkfish (Rp 25 thousand) whose thorns are very soft. The sambal at Waroeng Tiki Taka is famous for being very spicy. How not, this food stall uses a lot of cayenne pepper to make the sauce.

Waroeng Tiki Taka near Blok A MRT station starts open at 7 pm and closes at 12 am. You can also find this stall in Pujasera Blok M Square which is open during the day. Waroeng Tiki Taka on Blok M Square basement is not far from Blok M BCA MRT station.

2. GORDON Donuts and Coffee
Do you like donuts and coffee? Then GORDON must be included in your next culinary list. This cafe is located at UOB Plaza which is only 350 meters from Dukuh Atas MRT station or about five minutes walk. So what's interesting about GORDON Donuts and Coffee?
If you are bored with the taste and topping of the same donuts, here you can taste klepon, banana green, crème brulee, to ferrero rocher flavored donuts. While enjoying soft donuts, don't forget to order a creamy milk coffee. The price of a slice of Gourmet Donuts is priced at Rp 15,000, while Iced Coffee Milk is priced at Rp 18,000. There is also a Perfect Match package for only Rp. 30 thousand, including a donut and iced milk coffee.

3. Bansan
Open a year ago, Bansan is 1 km from Cipete Raya MRT station or about 15 minute walk. This restaurant serves Japanese food that has been influenced by Western culture or known as Yoshoku Food. This concept can be enjoyed in three Bansan menu, OG Chicken Nanban (Rp. 40,000), Fire Nanban (Rp. 43,000), and Triple Sauce Roast Beef (Rp. 55,000). All three menu are served with rice or commonly known as rice bowl.
Interestingly, the rice used in all Bansan menu is not only fluffier, but there is also a tasty, mild savory taste, which comes from furikake in rice. Furikake itself is a mixture of dried fish, sesame seeds, seaweed, salt, sugar and food flavor that is widely used in Japan. Can’t wait to taste it!
