Indoor or Outdoor Sports, Which is Better?

These are the advantages and disadvantages of indoor and outdoor sports.

Some people prefer to do workout outdoors because they can inhale more fresh air and see various scenes, while other people choose to do workout indoors because they don’t need to depend on the weather. On either hot or rainy days, they can still do exercise.

Both indoor and outdoor are equally beneficial for your body. Exercise helps your body healthy. There is no reason to not exercise, especially indoors, such as in the gym. Even though you feel superbly lazy, workout indoor is not disturbed by any weather.

You can keep doing your favorite workout even hot or rainy outside. However, because you are doing the workout inside the room, it may reduce your vitamin D intake. Sunlight is a good source of vitamin D for your body.

Vitamin D is important to maintain your muscle health, gain immune system and helps calcium and phosphorus absorption for your bone and teeth development. Moreover, if you choose to do an outdoor workout, you need to consider how long you will be exposed to the sun. Too long exposure to sunlight causes dehydration. Try to take more water to keep your body well hydrated. It is also highly recommended to use sunblock, lotion protects your skin from UVA and UVB, before doing exercise.
