There are many ways that an active worker can do to have a healthy body so that work productivity is maintained. The reason is, that working for 8 to 10 hours a day can have bad effects on health in the future if it is not balanced with a fit body condition. Here are tips that you can do to stay healthy even though you're at the office all day.
 
1. Don't delay eating
It turns out that delaying eating can be a bad habit that increases the risk of difficulty concentrating, dizziness, fatigue, and even gastric inflammation. By eating on time, the nutrition and nutrients the body needs are always maintained. Try to have the same meal times every day so that your body knows when it is getting food. For example, breakfast at 9 am, lunch at 12 noon, snack at 3 or 4 pm, and dinner before 8 o'clock.

2. Replace unhealthy snacks with fruit
Even though it is recommended to snack 4 hours after lunch, that doesn't mean you are free to choose any snack to relieve hunger. To stay full longer, you can replace unhealthy snacks such as fried foods with fruit. However, not all fruit is suitable to be eaten as a snack, there are several types of fruit that are good to consume as an afternoon snack, such as papaya which contains lycopene, a type of antioxidant that is good for the body, mango which contains quite a high vitamin C, melon with quite high water content. , apple, and banana.
 
 
3. Rest
While in the office, you may sit in the same position for a long time. If so, don't be lazy to stretch your body, especially your arms and legs. For example, every 30 minutes, do light stretching for a few seconds. Apart from that, it is important to occasionally rest your eyes from the computer screen in a simple way such as closing your eyes for a few moments, just 5 – 10 minutes.
