It's called Ficu Restaurant & Bar, perfect for enjoying a nice lunch, dinner, or coffee with the people closest to you. Located in Ruko Tabespots, right at the very front, and so it's very easy to find. This place has a restaurant and bar concept that serves Mediterranean cuisine. Mediterranean cuisine originates from lands around the Mediterranean Sea, such as Greece, Spain, Morocco, Italy, Cyprus, Malta, Lebanon, and surrounding areas.

Before discussing the food and drink menu, Alinear will share what the atmosphere of this restaurant and bar is like. So, this Mediterranean restaurant consists of three floors, each with a different concept. The first floor has a coffee bar. Here you can order directly and enjoy coffee and various other non-alcoholic menus. Meanwhile, on the second floor, there is an open kitchen. On this floor, you can see the chef while preparing the process of serving the dishes ordered. This is different from the third floor where there is an intimate bar. So, on this floor, you can enjoy various choices of Ficu signature liquor specially formulated by the bartender, there is also a choice of wine and beer menus. It can be said that Ficu has a unique concept in one place.

Curious about the dish? Of course, each restaurant has a variety of different menu choices and their own characteristics. If you come here there are several favorite menus that you must try. For example, some of these menus can be used as appetizers or side dishes, namely Mezze Spread and Shawarma Bites. Mezze Spread consists of three dipping sauce types: muhammara, hummus, and zhough. Then served with lavash, grissini, pita bread, cucumber, carrots, and falafel. This is different from Shawarma Bites which consists of two types of choices, namely Chicken Shawarma and Beef Shawarma. Chicken Shawarma is made from flatbread containing marinated chicken yogurt accompanied by pickled cucumber, chopped romaine salad leaves, and spicy mint yogurt as a dipping sauce. Meanwhile, Beef Shawarma is made from marinated baharat beef rolled in flatbread, accompanied by lettuce, pickled cucumber, tomato, and garlic mayo sauce. These two Shawarma menus are served with white sauce and potato chips.

Continue to the main course, if you go to Ficu you must try the Ficu Special. This dish consists of Lamb Kofte (sate made from goat meat), Shishtawok (chicken satay), mixed salad, sumac onion, pita bread, Mediterranean yellow rice, and fries. Served with harissa and yogurt as dipping or dip. The Ficu Special blend has a savory, sour, and sweet taste. Don't forget the Beef Ragu Parpadelle which is dominated by the savory aroma of beef and a sweet sauce concoction. This dish is Papardelle pasta cooked with beef ragu, and Parmesan cheese, and garnished with chopped parsley. Soo, yummy!

Another recommended food menu that should not be missed at Ficu is Ficu Falafel. This dish is made from green beans shaped like balls and served with spicy Tzatziki sauce and chopped lettuce. As soon as it enters your mouth, it tastes savory, sour, and fresh. Can be used as a light meal menu option.
And as a dessert, Knafeh can be a dessert menu for those of you who are fans of sweet tooth dishes. This dessert is made from string pastry baked with cheese then drizzled with sugar syrup, also sprinkled with pistachio nuts, and served with vanilla ice cream.
